Participants must complete all required online learning (if applicable) before attending in-person skills sessions.

3. Certification

CPRWITHDELINA provides American Heart Association (AHA) certification courses. Certification is issued only after successful completion of all course requirements, including skills testing and any required exams.

Certification decisions are based on AHA guidelines and instructor evaluation.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 24–48 hours] before your scheduled class.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.
CPRWITHDELINA reserves the right to reschedule classes due to low enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the course and timing of cancellation. Online course fees may be non-refundable once access has been granted. Please contact us directly regarding refund requests.

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating in CPR or first aid training, you acknowledge that hands-on practice may involve physical activity. You agree to participate at your own risk and inform the instructor of any medical conditions that may limit participation.

7. Limitation of Liability

CPRWITHDELINA is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation in training sessions, except where required by law.

Our training is educational in nature and does not replace professional medical advice or emergency medical services.

Return and Refund Policy

All class registrations must be paid in advance to secure your seat.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class may be subject to a rescheduling fee. No-shows will forfeit the full course fee.

Refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the class.
Please note: The online portion of blended learning courses (AHA eLearning) is non-refundable once access has been issued.

If CPRWITHDELINA cancels a class, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
